Please keep in mind that the Town Hall and Candidate Forum are open to the public, the endorsement vote is limited to SF District 11 Democratic Club members. Rules of the Day

  • All in attendance are expected to treat all others with respect and civility.  While participants are encouraged to share comments and feedback in the chat, personal attacks will not be tolerated.  Offenders will be given one warning.  A second infraction will result in removal from the meeting and loss of voting privileges.

  • Questions may be asked via the Q&A function of the meeting; participants will be unable to unmute themselves to ask questions verbally.  Please use the Q&A feature rather than chat to ask questions - questions asked in the chat can often be lost amongst the various comments.

  • Ballots will be emailed to attending members at noon.  The election will be conducted via electionrunner.com.  Members must be present to receive a ballot.  If you are unable to stay until noon, please contact Alida Fisher at [email protected] or in the meeting chat in order to make arrangements.

  • Endorsements:  a proposition must receive 50% + 1 of the ballots cast in order to be endorsed.  A candidate must receive 60% of the ballots cast in order to be endorsed.

We are grateful for your participation and look forward to seeing you (virtually) tomorrow!
